One photo is enough
Photograph the plate and Kalinda recognises the food, works out the portions and gives you calories, protein, carbs and fat. You can correct anything before saving.
Take a photo of what you're about to eat and Kalinda estimates the calories and macros. No endless food lists, no weighing every ingredient.

Search foods, save your own and build templates for the meals you repeat. Whatever you log once, you never type again.
Pick your window — 16:8, 18:6 or your own — follow the time left from the home screen and get a notification when it ends.
Add a glass with one tap and log your weight whenever you like. Kalinda shows you the trend, not a single day's number.
Your daily target comes from your age, height, weight, activity and goal — and recalculates itself as those change.
Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch and Turkish. The app follows your phone, or you choose.
Age, height, weight, how much you move and what you want to achieve. That's what your daily calories and macros are built from.
With a photo, by searching for the food, or by repeating a meal you already saved.
Today's ring, your weight trend and your full history, always one tap away.
The essentials cost nothing: logging meals by hand, searching foods, water, weight, your daily target and your full history.
